Greetings, valued customer!

We're here to offer you a swift, reliable and dedicated service; however in order to do so, we must present our Terms and Conditions outlined below.  Please note this is only in place to safeguard our pilots during transit.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

:: General transportation manifesto ::
All prices are fixed per distance traveled and revolve around Piloting skill 3 and hyperspeed of the slowest vessel.
If you wish to calculate your costs, feel free to use the NavComp.
You are required to arrange for all needed access through shields and assorted entities. Any delays will be charged at 5% of the total price for every 24 hours of waiting once in transit, starting at the beginning of the first hour.
Transportation requests will be handled on a first come - first serve basis.

:: Pricing ::
We do not charge you for a whole day in hyperspace travel; we charge by the measurement of one (1) hour of hyperspace travel. Each hour spent in hyperspace travel will be charged 50,000 credits. Charge will commence at the start of each hour.
Payments are to be sent to Dail Llwybr Gwaed.


:: Transportation of items ::
For item transportation, HyperLogistics will be using Pursuer Enforcement Ships. All items will be stowed aboard our ship and a pilot will deliver it to the designated location.
For this instance, pricing will be calculated with Piloting skill 3 and hyperspeed 6.
You are required to assign a designated Commander as quartermaster of the items.

:: Transportation of NPCs ::
For NPC transportation, HyperLogistics will be using Sprint-class Rescue Craft. All NPCs will be stowed aboard our ship and a pilot will deliver them to designated location.
For this instance, pricing will be calculated with Piloting skill 3 and hyperspeed 5.
You are required to assign a designated Commander as manager of the NPCs.

:: Transportation of ships ::
For ship transportation, HyperLogistics will be using Pursuer Enforcement Ships. Ship(s) will either be squaded or jumped with, but you will be charged only for time spent in hypertravel as per your request.
For this instance, pricing will be calculated with Piloting skill 3 and slowest hyperspeed.
You will be required to assign a designated Commander of the ship(s).

:: Rushed transportation requests ::
If time is a core factor there is a rush option to pay a 100% increase on the current price, and once agreed upon your mission gets placed in the Rushed queue. All missions in the Rushed queue are first priority, before commencement of other missions.




:: Transportation requests ::
Transportation requests are processed through this board. 

If you wish to hire us, please make a new topic in Access Requests with your full handle and list:
1. Type of entity that needs transporting
2. Quantity of entity that needs transporting
3. Total weight & volume (if the entity in question is an item or raw material)

Once listed, a moderator will attend to make sure the mission is listed in the queue.
